Printing note: Loan packages often run 150–200 pages. If the lender or title company provides printed documents, no printing fee applies. If e-docs are sent for us to print, $0.25/page covers paper, ink, and prep time.

Shipping note: Many title companies provide a pre-paid return label — if so, no shipping fee. If return shipping falls to us, we quote the exact carrier cost plus a small handling fee at booking.

Remote Online Notarization (RON)

Arizona-compliant — fully legal, no travel required

Can't meet in person? We offer Arizona-compliant RON conducted entirely via secure video call. Your identity is verified, and a tamper-evident digital record is created — fully accepted under Arizona statute.

Good to know: RON is not available for every document type. Certain real estate transactions may still require in-person notarization. Reach out and we'll confirm whether your document qualifies.
